After you fill out the form, one of our personal trainers will reach out to you within the next day.
They will first want to learn about your fitness goals, the best time of day that works for you to come in for your first workout, as well as answer any initial questions you may have!
During your first workout you'll go through a fitness assessment to see where your strengths and weaknesses are along with a 30 minute private workout!
After that our trainer will be able to best guide you towards the best membership option for your goals.
